An engineer who kept

Good software is the kind nobody has to talk about after launch.

I started in code and never left it. The title changed—senior developer, project manager, CEO—but the job stayed the same: find where a business loses time, and build the system that gives it back.

Today that means agentic AI: workflows where software decides, acts, and reports instead of waiting for someone to click. Underneath it is the same discipline I've taught at ITI for over a decade—clean architecture, honest data models, APIs that don't surprise you at 2 a.m.

I work best where the stakes are operational: the process that breaks at scale, the integration nobody wants to own, the platform that has to survive its own success.
